Mishikal the Healing Hand
Throughout history Mishakal has been known as the "Healer". Before the Cataclysm it was a custom in every city to have a Priest of Mishakal to administer to the needs of the community. In the War of the Lance, she earned names like, "Light Bringer", "Bearer of Light", and "Queen Illumini".

The goddess is L/G but her followers may be any Good. Her followers are most commonly Clerics, but also Monks, Paladins and Rangers. The priesthood is entirely Clerical (no Druids).

Cult Sacrifice: All followers must learn the skill Heal and never withhold it's use. All followers must always prominently wear the color blue.

Cult Ability: All of her followers may take any healing skill, spell or ability that normally works on a single target, and apply it at no extra cost to 1 additional person/level/month.

Divine Intervention: Mishikal may (1% chance) send an Avatar to provide healing to any follower who is directly engaged with another god's Avatar. This chance goes to 50% if the other god is one of the Gods of Darkness from the Krynn pantheon. Note that Mishikal's Avatar will never directly intervene in the confrontation.

The following is taken from http://www.dragonlance.godlike.com/Zivilyn/gods.html. There are hundreds of references to Mishikal, but most show only her sign, domain, and little else.

Among most good people, Mishakal is worshipped as the "Healer." In pre-Cataclysm days, she was the most revered of the ministering gods, her many temples teaching the art of healing. Nearly every community had a cleric of Mishakal to tend to the populace's health and, in recent days, the new clergy of Mishakal is working to renew this custom.

In the War of the Lance, she earned other appellations: "Light Bringer," "Bearer of Light," and "Quen Illumini." These names reflect the discovery of the legendary Disks of Mishakal, platinum disks engraved with knowledge of the good gods. This tangible proof revived faith in the true gods across the world.

Mishakal is Paladine's wife and advisor. The couple have twin sons, Habbakuk and Kiri-Jolith, and a third named Solinari.

Mishakal influences healing, knowledge, fertility, life, beauty, and blessing. Her symbol is a blue infinity symbol. Her clerics wear sky blue.

Mishakal's most common avatar is a radiantly beautiful woman. The color blue always seems deeper in her presence. Wearing a simple blue robe, she carries no armor or weaponry but her glowing blue crystal staff.

Scholars believe that the War of the Lance referenced by Mishikal cultists may in fact be the great Wastern Campaign. Clearly "the Cataclysm" refers to either the Godswar or perhaps the Age of Winter.
